SHIPPING TERMS

- Our warehouse is located in Berlin, Germany.

- We try and ship once every 7-10 working days. Please don’t send us a 1000 emails asking where your package is, when it was shipped, when we are planning to ship it etc.... Please practice patience.

EUROPE:

LP (package) / Long sleeve:
We started using DPD and UPS (w/ tracking number). Shipping price is pretty much the same if you order 1x LP or 10x LPs.

1x T-SHIRT / CDs / TAPES (envelope): We still use DHL, w/ tracking.
2x-5x: DPD or UPS.

ETA (from the day it’s shipped):
EU: 3-7 days
GERMANY: 2-3 days

Please be aware that your tracking number status will be available on your national postal service site once the order lands in your country. If you don’t see any updates, it means it’s still in transit from Germany. We recommend to check often as it will eventually show up.

UK / US (except for ALASKA / PUERTO RICO / HAWAII):

We still ship w/ tracking number with EVRI / USPS.

ETA (from the day it’s shipped):
UK: 7-10 days
US: 10-14 days

LPs (package):
Unfortunately, tracking number is not an option anymore. You can still place an order, but AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSABLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.

T-SHIRTS / CDs / TAPES (envelope) :
We can still ship with tracking number.

ETA (from the day it’s shipped):
SOUTH AMERICA / AFRICA / ASIA / CANADA: two-three weeks
OCEANIA / ALASKA / PUERTO RICO / HAWAII: one month

- Unfortunately, at the moment we can't ship to the following countries: CUBA, DOMINICA, NICARAGUA, FRENCH GUIANA, GUADELOUPE, MARTINIQUE, AFGHANISTAN, NORTH KOREA, YEMEN, FRENCH POLYNESIA, NEW CALEDONIA, LIBYA, UKRAINE, RUSSIA, BELARUS.

- All physical pre-order items ship out from our warehouse in Berlin, usually, a week before release date so long as there are no delays in manufacturing (which would delay the advance shipping timeline). Orders outside the EU may not arrive by release day as extra time must be taken into consideration for distance traveled and customs department clearance.

- All orders that contain a pre-order item will ship when the pre-order is ready to ship. If you're placing an order with multiple items and would like items to be shipped as they are available, please place separate orders for each item individually.

RETURN POLICY:
Records are non-refundable, no matter if they are sealed or not. If you order the wrong shirt size, we can exchange it (if its not washed / used / ripped...!). Please place a new order w/ the correct size, and get in touch with us, so we can give you the address where to ship the package. As soon as the items gets returned to us, we 'll send you a refund for the wrong item you ordered.
